We can’t see this as a big advantage and we also wonder about flaps popping up, sitting in front of trays-like with so many recent Lexmark models. Lexmark has placed a small handle on the right side of the machine paper feed tray, to adjust the paper guide without having to move it by hand. Borrowing something from Canon’s curved black and silver profile, Lexmark uses Mid-Gray, not silver and has designed a new machine with a wrap effect, which is functional and easy on the eyes.
Even with the new look, though, the printing press has changed slightly from its predecessor. At a relatively low cost, this machine is designed to print, scan, copy, print photos and faxes. Lexmark recently did a facelift on the home range and the inkjet All-In-One and X5650 schools sit firmly in the middle of this market.
